Hardik Sheth is the Director of Decoraids Decorating Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Manufacturing company specialising in Decorative Solutions for Residential and Commercial Interiors. With over 24+ years of industry experience, he brings together design thinking, market understanding, and manufacturing discipline.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Marketing Management from AMA Ahmedabad, and has Executive Education Programme Diploma in Strategy and Management from IIM Ahmedabad. This blend of education and experience shapes his structured yet creative approach to business.

Under his leadership, Decoraids has built a strong reputation for innovative ceiling tiles and wall panels, manufactured at its modern facility near Tri Mandir, Rajkot. Actively involved in national exhibitions and closely associated with the plastics and design industries, Hardik drives product differentiation through cross-industry insight.
